The Town of Drayton Valley has approved a Development Permit application for a Home-Based Business at 4860 52 Avenue (170KS;15;31).

The property is Districted Low Density Residential. The applicant wishes to sell baked goods from the home. The Town’s Land Use Bylaw limits the number of visitors to 5 per day and no more than 2 on site at a time.

In accordance with Section 686(1) of the Municipal Government Act, this decision may be appealed within 21 days after the date of this letter (March 3rd, 2025).
