Notice of Subdivision: DS24-001: NE1/4 5-49-7-W5M

The Town of Drayton Valley has received a subdivision application for the NE ¼ 5-49-7-W5M.

The landowner proposes subdividing a 3.06-hectare parcel from a 27.57ha parcel (west of the top of bank of the creek) leaving a 24.51 ha remainder.

The lot is currently zoned S-URB (Special Urban District).

If you are concerned that this subdivision may negatively impact the use of your property, please notify the Town in writing via written response or by email no later than 4:30 pm local time on April 12^th, 2024.
