The Town of Drayton Valley has received a Development Permit application for a multi-unit residential development at 5076 43 Street, Drayton Valley, AB T7A 1B8 (Plan 4539TR; Block 37; Lot 17C) with variances. The proposed development includes two-storey, eight-unit building (four two-bedroom units and four one-bedroom basement suites), with 10 on-site parking stalls (eight for residents, two for visitors).
