The Town of Drayton Valley has received a Development Permit application for an addition to be built onto an existing house at 4052 55 Avenue (8521406;65;103). The addition will be setback 1.15m from the west property line. The Land Use Bylaw requires a distance of 1.5m. Therefore, the applicants are looking to vary this requirement of the Land Use Bylaw, a 24% variance.

As a surrounding property owner within 60m of the affected parcel, you are receiving this notice per Land Use Bylaw 2024/03/D Section 11.4.4.

If you feel that this variance will negatively impact your quality of life, or the value of your property, please notify the Town in writing no later than 4:30pm local time on July 10th, 2025, by:
