The Town of Drayton Valley has approved a Development Permit application for a Home-Based Business at 4852 52 Avenue (170KS;15;29).

The property is Districted Low Density Residential. The applicant wishes to offer psychology services and vary the following requirements of the Land Use Bylaw:

• Increase the daily number of visitors from 5 to 10, with no more than 2 on site at a time.

In accordance with Section 686(1) of the Municipal Government Act, this decision may be appealed within 21 days after the date of this letter (February 26th, 2025).
