The Town of Drayton Valley is developing a Concept Plan for the Eldorado and Deby Lands, a group of municipally owned properties located in central Drayton Valley, south of 49 Avenue and west of 50 Street. The site includes several undeveloped parcels, open space areas, and treed lands within an established neighbourhood and commercial area.
The project explores opportunities for future residential, commercial, and open space development while building on the area's existing transportation connections, community amenities, and natural features. The Concept Plan will establish a long-term vision for the lands and help guide future planning and development decisions. Community feedback gathered throughout the process will help shape the preferred concept and inform future recommendations for the area.

Join us on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Team Auctions Center (Curling Lounge), where we will have a table set up at the Farmers Market to learn more about the project, review the draft concept plan, and share your feedback.
